Yes. Any request, and any license already emailed (0.2 beta), opens DiskShelf. Same file. A March buyer is not left out.

Does a Windows / Linux license only cover the Swift Mac app?

No. It covers the Go build (nmcui) on Windows and Linux, and both Mac apps (Swift + nmcui).
